  • March 25, 2024: Senator Booker’s official announcement lists $2,000,000 for Berkeley Heights Township sewer and stormwater improvements in FY2024 government funding bills.

Contemporaneous municipal outcome relevant to the contracted funding-advocacy scope; not attributed here to the consultant. This announcement does not establish the consultant’s causal contribution, grant receipt/disbursement, project expenditure, or what would have occurred without the engagement. It is not an ROI calculation.

HOW TO READ THIS TABLE

Make the limits visible.

All verified-award registry vendors, grouped by recorded name after case, Unicode, punctuation and whitespace normalization only. Representative public bill-list examples are a limited sample, not a complete ledger or contract-to-payment reconciliation.

Grouping and coverage

Recorded names grouped only by Unicode typography, case, punctuation and whitespace; this is not a count of distinct legal entities. No corporate aliases or fuzzy matches are inferred. Only verified registry awards appear here; review entries are excluded. Similar names, subsidiaries, successor firms and changed legal identities are not automatically combined.

Prices, charges and payments

Each award retains its stated monthly, annual, hourly or aggregate terms. Multiple authorizations are not summed. Charge samples are matched to vendor names and may cover other contracts; they are not a reconciled spending total for these awards. Charge entries identify their bill-list or other public source. A completed-payment claim requires evidence beyond an unqualified listing of a proposed or approved claim.

Results and attribution

Promised work and verified outcomes are separate. Grants or municipal funding during an engagement are labeled with attribution limits. The table does not automatically calculate return on investment or credit a contractor with an entire funding award.

Source review and corrections

Open each award’s registry entry for the council vote, legal classification and official records. Missing evidence is a research gap, not a finding that work was not performed.
